Tell me // Baraboo photographer

I made this from a photo I found when going through some files from a few years ago. I believe I took it while driving (not recommended, kids). The quote is the inimitable Mary Oliver, from “The Summer Day.” My favorite element is the little sliver of moon at the top, which is no doubt why I took the photo to begin with, hands at the 10-and-2 position, trigger finger on the shutter button, driving west at sunset to meet old friends.

I’ll print it big and put it where I’ll see it every day, to remind me of the preciousness of this one wild life of mine.
